I actually started this post as a list of "dupes" — how to get American-made (or at least less-tariffed) replacements for common imports — but it became less urgent with the pause. Just gives me more time to buy a bunch of hard cheeses to compare!
Apart from parm, what are the goods you're most worried about?
I don’t want to panic buy, but there are definitely certain staples like fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha that I might start doubling up on soon...
