+1 to all of these tips and I especially appreciated that graphic β loling at "P.S. I've never been properly tested." (and oh good heavens, a BEAN PIT? please!)
I chuckled to myself when I wrote that one... everyone should 1) get a regular STI panel and 2) get their recipes tested by two people before they hit *publish*!
Great post--I agree completely with all of your advice! And I have personally made 3 of the 7 dishes on your recent eats list (corn, tofu, compote) and can vouch for their greatness.
you must try the chocolate oblivion next! I'm thinking about doing her version in Baking Bible that uses the flourless chocolate cake as the middle layer between two other chocolate cakes... talk about decadent!
Yes, that cake looks insanely delicious. I need my husband to outgrow his recent βdeath by chocolateβ phase, but my kids and I would totally devour this, so maybe weβll make it when heβs out of town!
thank you!!! I'm slowly but surely getting better at food photography... next on my list is stocking up on some more interesting dishes and place settings for some color contrast :)
Thank you for sharing my guide! π
I loved it! Planning on trying your yogurt method asap as well :)

I love this. So great to read an advice list that provides examples at the end. And with beautiful photos!
